October 6 was the day I left Hokkaido.

Perhaps because I ate around 600 g of jingisukan yesterday, my stomach felt a little heavy in the morning. Am I getting old?

I left Otaru for New Chitose Airport. See you again someday!

First, Miku

At the airport I went to admire Miku.

I spotted some Teto merchandise in the shop and looked back at it about thirty-one times.

Then I went to the lounge. I tried to dilute my morning longing for Otaru with a beer.

I had soft-serve ice cream too.

Leaving Hokkaido

The first flight was to Haneda.

I actually boarded…

I could see the coast from the window.

Looking toward the Pacific near Ibaraki, I saw clouds lined up along a boundary. Could that be a weather front?

I saw Mount Fuji too. The Southern Alps look high even from a plane.

Across Haneda

At Haneda I walked from around gate 65 to gate 47. One end to the other.

The Takamatsu flight was a B737 rather than an A320. Unusual.

I arrived in Takamatsu around 2:20 p.m.

I want to go to Otaru.

Travel had worn me out, so I went to the gym to reset. I meant to play Ace Combat 8 that evening, but it hadn’t finished downloading, so I played 7 instead.
